- Applicant Must have a Punjab Domicile.
- Applicant Must have passed FSc Pre-medical or equivalent with at least 60% marks.
- Applicants having a BSc in Botany, Zoology or Chemistry can also apply.
- The entry test will have 25% weightage in merit calculation.
