Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the HEC GB Undergraduate scholarship is given below.
- Applicant must have domicile of GB.
- Applicant must have completed HSSC or equivalent.
- The maximum age limit for the HEC Undergraduate Scholarship for Students of Gilgit Baltistan is 22 years.
- Applicant must not be receiving any other scholarship.
- Applicant must meet HEC and University admission criteria.
Scholarship Benefits
HEC Undergraduate Scholarship for Students of Gilgit Baltistan benefits are given below.
- The scholarship will cover Tuition fee, hostel fee and other charges. (Note: Maximum covered amount will be RS. 240,000 per year)
- The candidate will receive a stipend of RS. 15,000 per month.
- The candidate will receive RS. 30,000 per year for books and travelling allowance.

How to apply for HEC Undergraduate Scholarship for Students of Gilgit Baltistan 2024?
Applications are open for the HEC Undergraduate Scholarship for Students of Gilgit Baltistan 2024. Interested students can apply online on the HEC application portal. The application fee for the scholarship is RS. 500/- that must be submitted to the HEC account. The Education Testing Council of HEC will conduct HAT test for HEC Undergraduate Scholarship applicants. Candidates will be shortlisted based on HEC HAT score. The passing marks for the HEC HAT test are 50% marks. Students who are already enrolled in an HEC-recognized university are eligible for application. The HEC Undergraduate Scholarship for Students of Gilgit Baltistan applicants can apply for any public sector university of Pakistan.
