Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must have at least 50% marks in FSc premedical or BSc 2 years with Maths, Physics or zoology with 40% marks.
• The applicant must have at least 50% marks in the SZABMU entry test conducted for allied health sciences.
• Students from all over Pakistan are eligible

2. Two attested copies of CNIC issued by NADRA.
3. Two attested copies of Father/ Guardian CNIC.
4. Two attested copies of the Character Certificate issued by the last attended institute.
5. Duly attested at back side four recent/ fresh passport size photographs with blue background.
6. Affidavit on judicial paper of Rs. 100/- attested by a first-class magistrate (format given in Prospectus).
7. The original Domicile of the candidate is mandatory.
8. Original migration certificate.
9. Attested copy of SZABMU entry test result.
10. Attested copy of applicant domicile.
