1. Applicant Must have a Punjab Domicile.
2. Applicant Must have passed FSc Pre-medical or equivalent with at least 60% marks.
3. Applicants having a BSc in Botany, Zoology or Chemistry can also apply.
4. Applicant must have appeared in the Punjab University Lahore Entry Test or MDCAT.
5. The entry test will have 25% weightage in merit calculation.
