Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the MIS Scholarship 2025, applicants must:
- Be from a MIS-eligible country
- Be under 40 years old (Master’s) or 45 years old (PhD)
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Submit a strong research proposal (for Master’s by Research or PhD)
- Possess IELTS ≥0 or TOEFL ≥ 550 (PBT) / 92 (iBT), or proof of prior English-instructed education
- Have an unconditional admission offer from a Malaysian university (preferred)
