China Scholarship Council announced the CSC Chinese Government Scholarship for the academic year 2024. The registrations are open for the Chinese Government Scholarship for the academic year 2024. Chinese Government Scholarship accepts applications from two tracks i.e., University Track or through Nominating Agency (HEC in Pakistan). Students can select up to three universities for CSC Chinese Government Scholarship. CSC announced registration for a fully funded Chinese Government Scholarship for the academic year 2024. Chinese Government Scholarship covers the following expense
- Complete Tuition Fee
- Monthly stipend of CNY 2500 for BS, CNY 3000 for MS/MPhil and 3500 for PhD

Eligibility Criteria
- An applicant for the Chinese Government CSC Scholarship must be under 25 years for BS, 35 years for MS/MPhil and 40 years for PhD.
- Applicants that results awaiting or with an incomplete degree can not apply for this scholarship.
- For BS programs 12 years of education, 16 years of education for MS/MPhil and 17 or 18 years of education for PhD is required.
- Applicants applying through a nominating agency or embassy must meet the requirements of the agency as well.
- Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria of the university to which applying.
Required Documents
Following is the list of documents required for applying for the CSC Chinese Government Scholarship for the academic year 2024.
- Copy of application form submitted at HEC and CSC online application portal.
- Attested copies of all educational documents, CNIC, Domicile, etc
- Study plan or research proposal
- Language proficiency certificate (medium of instruction certificate) or any language test (if taken)
- Physical Examination Record (Health report)
- Police Clearance Certificate (Non-Criminal Record)
- NOC (No Objection Certificate) for employed applicants.
- Pre-admission acceptance letter from University/Professor (Mandatory for PhD, for MS/MPhil optional).

How to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship CSC 2024?
There are three different categories of applications for the Chinese Government Scholarship CSC 2024.
Category A: Select it if you are applying through China Embassy/Nominating Agency (Applicants applying through HEC select this. Select Agency number 5861)
Category B: Select this if you are applying through a university.
Category C: If apply through any other Source
Pakistani students applying through HEC must apply on the HEC portal and then apply on the CSC application portal. (Applications are closed for embassy/agency track). Students can apply through the university track. Applicants applying for the university track must apply on the university portal and CSC portal.
